The CASAFARI API delivers the same data to your own tools: a valuation model, a portfolio dashboard or the CRM your team already uses. With Casafari MCP, an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can query it in plain language.
Both cover the 16 countries in which CASAFARI is present. In the United States, CASAFARI is entering now, in selected states, for commercial real estate only, through Claro AI. Usage is paid in tokens, and keys are created on the CASAFARI platform.

How can CASAFARI help with real estate asset management?
CASAFARI gives investors and asset managers market data for each asset and each area: asking-price trends, stock and time on market in Area Insights, comparable listings and registered sales in Comparables, and new opportunities in Property Sourcing. The data is available in the app and through the CASAFARI API and Casafari MCP.
Are CASAFARI prices asking prices or sale prices?
CASAFARI's listing data shows asking prices, the prices at which properties are advertised. Registered transaction prices come from official sources: Notariado in Spain, INE in Portugal, DVF in France, Agenzia delle Entrate in Italy, RCN in Poland and Statistik Austria, and are shown beside asking prices.
How is the CASAFARI API paid for?
API and MCP usage is paid in tokens, which each call consumes. Plans are chosen on the CASAFARI platform, and Custom plans are explained on developers.casafari.com.
Can I use CASAFARI data with an AI assistant?
Yes. Casafari MCP connects AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini CLI to CASAFARI's data, so an analyst can ask for an area's price trend or a set of comparables in plain language. Access is set up on the CASAFARI platform with the same tokens as the API.
