AgencyGraph corrections: update or remove your estate agency entry

Request updates, merges, splits, or removal of your estate agency entry in CASAFARI’s AgencyGraph and public digital inventory index tables.

If your estate agency appears in AgencyGraph or a public digital inventory index table and you wish to correct your details, merge entries, or request removal, email support@casafari.com from a work address on your firm’s domain. CASAFARI, the property data layer for estate agents and their AI assistants, reviews requests and replies within 10 working days. Approved renames, merges, splits, or removals take effect during the next weekly build, while website and office updates are made manually by the CASAFARI team.

What can you ask us to change or remove in AgencyGraph?

We welcome any updates that ensure your firm's entry reflects your actual presence on the market. An agency owner, branch manager, director, or authorised representative may request changes to their firm's information.

You may ask us to:

  • Correct your trading name, branch location, or official website address.
  • Merge two duplicate entries representing the same estate agency into a single record.
  • Split a single combined entry that mistakenly joins two separate firms.
  • Remove your estate agency entry altogether from AgencyGraph and public tables.

We respect your preferences: whether you want to refine your agency’s details or opt out entirely, we ensure your request is handled with full care.

How to send a correction request and what to include

To submit a request, write to support@casafari.com (or the CASAFARI support copilot, where it is offered on this page).

Please include the following details in your message:

  1. Your agency’s official trading name.
  2. Your agency’s website address.
  3. Your AgencyGraph agency ID (if known).
  4. The specific changes required and a brief explanation.
  5. Your name, position, and work email address on your agency’s domain.

We require a request from an email address matching your agency's domain to protect your entry. This verification step prevents unauthorised third parties from altering your firm's details. Free webmail domains and property portal addresses cannot be accepted for domain verification.

What happens after you write to us

Once your request is received, our support team verifies the domain ownership and reviews the requested changes. We reply to all submitted requests within 10 working days.

AgencyGraph and our public digital inventory index tables undergo a weekly build. Upon approval, any renames, merges, splits, or removals take effect in the next weekly build, while updates to your website or office details are made manually by the CASAFARI team.

How AgencyGraph builds its entries and why your website matters

AgencyGraph covers corporate entities only: estate agencies, network branches, and network organisations. It never records or returns individual estate agents' names, telephone numbers, or email addresses. Coverage includes about 41,000 agencies and offices with homes for sale in 4,767 Spanish towns and about 17,600 in 309 Portuguese towns (weekly build, October 2026), about 22,000 and 6,600 of them with 5 or more homes get the full measures. Italy, Germany, Austria, Poland and Greece come next, then France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

The database is updated during a weekly build by indexing homes advertised for sale across property portals and agency websites. Using our cleaning and deduplication systems, multiple advertisements for the same property are resolved into one property record with its events, such as price changes or withdrawals from the market. AgencyGraph resolves variations in agency names to attribute advertised properties accurately.

Public tables serve as a digital inventory index measuring online advertised inventory and asking prices as captured by CASAFARI's index, rather than off-market volume or service standards. All prices in AgencyGraph are asking prices, never closing prices. Private sellers, financial institutions, property developers, and MLS feeds are excluded from agency entries.

Tech stack details, portal mix, MLS membership, specialisations, online presence metrics, and SEO, AEO and GEO (AI visibility) scores are coming to the same tools, at no extra price; no dates promised. In 150 Spanish and Portuguese towns, only about 7–13% of the sources AI assistants cite are an agency's own website; about 35% are portals (CASAFARI GEO study, October 2026, 1,199 questions).

For technical documentation on our database architecture, explore the AgencyGraph technical documentation (in English). You can explore AgencyGraph to see how network structures are mapped, connect your AI workflow via AgencyGraph MCP, or review MCP recipes for AI agents. Agency owners can read about competitor analysis for estate agencies or see where your agency stands in Málaga and how to win the mandate in Cascais (sample reports in English). Franchise networks can evaluate franchise expansion and agency databases, review recruitment analysis across five Spanish cities (in English), or identify network coverage gaps across five Portuguese towns (in English). Property portals can review portal agency coverage and access a vendor prospect list for Lisbon and Porto (in English), while financial institutions can learn how to choose an estate agency partner or examine how to choose an agency partner in Barcelona (in English). To see what each kind of answer looks like, browse all sample AgencyGraph reports (in English) or explore the complete list of tools and metrics on the AgencyGraph capabilities page (in English).

We are committed to maintaining precise and respectful data standards across all property market analytics. If you require any updates or removal, please write to us at support@casafari.com.

Frequently asked questions

How do I correct or remove my estate agency in AgencyGraph?

Email support@casafari.com (or use the CASAFARI support copilot, where it is offered on this page) from a work email address at your agency's domain with your agency name, website, the AgencyGraph agency ID if available, and the details you wish to amend or remove. We reply within 10 working days. Approved renames, merges, splits, and removals take effect during the next weekly build, while website and office updates are completed manually by the CASAFARI team.

Why does my agency appear twice or show a different number of homes in a public table?

AgencyGraph resolves varying spellings across property portals and websites into a single agency profile. If your firm was indexed under multiple name variations, it may temporarily generate duplicate entries. Furthermore, public tables present a digital inventory index of advertised properties and their asking prices online rather than off-market volume. Email support@casafari.com with your website address and details so we can merge or split your entries.

Why is an agency's website score or online presence marked as coming?

SEO, AEO, and GEO scores, tech stack details, and online presence metrics are coming to the same tools, at no extra price. AgencyGraph currently verifies official website URLs and branch locations. Providing your official website URL from an email address on that domain allows our team to update your record manually.

Does AgencyGraph include the names or contact details of individual estate agents?

No. AgencyGraph processes company profiles only, including estate agencies, network branches, and umbrella networks. No personal names, direct phone numbers, or email addresses of individual estate agents are collected or published in AgencyGraph or public digital inventory index tables.
